We are really proud to be supporting the Support Dogs Charity – based in Sheffield – where we both met at University. They do amazing work training dogs to support people who need their very special talents. Read on to find out more ….

Support Dogs is a national charity dedicated to improving independence and quality of life for children and adults affected by autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities. It provides, trains and supports specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.

Support Dogs have a truly life changing impact on their clients. Their assistant dogs give a 100% reliable warning up to 55 minutes in advance of seizures to people with epilepsy. They provide support for everyday tasks, facilitating independence and better health outcomes for people with severe physical disabilities. They provide safety, increased independence and improved social integration for children with autism and their families. With the aid of an assistance dog, their clients lead fuller, more active and more inclusive lives.
